5. Booking, Payments & Retainers
Custom itinerary design and 1-on-1 consultations may require an upfront planning fee or retainer depending on the chosen service package. All third-party bookings (flights, resorts, excursions) are subject to the respective supplier's terms and cancellation policies.
6. Travel Insurance & Entry Requirements
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports (with at least 6 months validity), required visas, vaccinations, and entry permits for all visited destinations. Comprehensive medical and travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for all international trips.
